Monday Weigh In
Okay, I didn't lose as much as I would like. But hey, anything is better than nothing. I have started to measure myself, and I did shrink a bit even though the scale doesn't show much.
Start Weight (7/18/05): 189
Current Weight: 181 (down 1 pound from last week)
First WW Goal: 168
13 pounds to go until my first WW goal!

I am starting a new "diet" today. I am trying so hard and not loosing... so I am going to try something different.
I know you can do it! Sometimes our bodies need a change to get things moving again.
I'm on DAY THREE and it hasn't been undoable, but I have been challenged. I have not seen any results YET.. hopefully soon!
All right, you're doing great! Sometimes it just takes time. My favorite thing to remember in my weight loss is slow and steady wins the race. May I ask what program you are using?
